Product Quality Inspection – Electrical Panels

Location: Zhejiang Province, China

Mission: 100% inspection of pre-wired electrical panels.

Context: A set of 50 pre-wired electrical panels were ready to be shipped. Our customer missioned our electrical engineers to verify the wiring of all 50 panels and test their functions.

Results:

• We followed the electrical diagrams.
• tested the connectivity and secured the contacts tight.
• We simulated the load and tested each circuit and security (emergency switch, fuse box and circuit breaker).

The report was submitted with full detail: load specifications, applied current and voltage. We recorded and measured the fault current, its value to trigger circuit breakers. Short film of the tests were also submitted. We take into account different earthing / ground arrangement  TT, TN, IT.
